1. Project Manager:

Job description:
(a) To manage and oversee on-going project
(b) To ensure project schedules are met
(c) To report to management on the project progress
(d) To attend progress meeting and liaise with consultants and authorities
(e) To perform site coordination with operation /site managers
(f) To coordinate safety meeting
(g) To identify work risks together with operation manager, site manager and site supervisors
(h) To review and approve risk assessment for project
(i) To ensure all work carried out are in accordance to the current WHSA in force

Qualification:

A recognized Degree in Engineering / Construction Management

Experience:

Preferably minimum 5 years in project management

Skills:

Good management and communication skills. Able to lead project team

Training:

Relevant Safety courses


2. Engineer:

Job description:
(a) To advice operational/site personnel on all engineering designs.
(b) To propose corrective actions for non-conformances related to engineering design.
(c) To assist in the investigation of complaints related to engineering design.
(d) To assist the Operation Manager in terms of administrative concern.
(e) To prepare technical submissions, including submission to authority, before work commencement.
(f) To attend technical meetings
(g) To check and ensure that the latest construction drawings are being issued to the site

Qualification:

Minimum a Diploma holder in Civil Engineering / higher

Experience:

Fresher or 1 year relevant experience preferred

Skills:

Engineering competence/knowledge

Training:

In house and/or on the job training


3. Operation Manager:

Job description:

(a) To be overall responsible for all site activities
(b) To oversee and coordinate all project operations on sites, including the project progress monitoring and environment & safety matters.
(c) To resolve site problems and ensure the undertaken projects are completed within the contractual period.
(d) To co-ordinate with Client by attending regular meetings.
(e) To co-ordinate with Logistics Manager and Plant Manager for the mobilization of resources for site operations
(f) To prepare and review of risk assessment for project.
(g) To ensure all work carried out are in accordance to the current WHSA in force.

Qualification:

Minimum a “N’ level or higher or;Preferably an “A’ level or diploma holder in Civil Engineering or;

Experience:

Preferably with minimum 6 – 8 years’ relevant experience in Civil Engineering

Skills:

Possess leaderships capability Problem-solving skills Communicative and resourceful

Training:

Safety Supervisor Course and/or; Lifting Supervisory Course and/or; First Aider Course (optional)


4. Site Manager

Job description:

(a) To assist the operation managers operates all site activities

5. Supervisor:

Job description:

(a) To assist Project Management in the management of site operations.
(b) To review any existing / potential risks in site operations.
(c) To attend meeting with Client. (If necessary)
(d) To monitor the progress of work.
(e) To plan for access, site layout and co-ordinate site establishment.
(f) To record, update and compile PQP records
(g) To arrange for miscellaneous site purchases in cash term, if necessary.
(h) To arrange and coordinate in any monitoring activities on site
(i) To take Project Progress Photograph (if required)
(j) To verify the positions of Surveyor’s pegs.
(k) To record driven pile records and set paper.
(l) To control quality of piling work such as verticality, accuracy and welding.
(m) To control wastage; to ensure site safety; to verify site delivery

Qualification:

Minimum ‘N’ level or;

Experience:

2 years’ relevant experience

Skills:

Supervisory skills

Training:

Training Safety Supervisory Certificate by MOM or approved training centre


6. Accountant:

Job description:

Handling of Basic Accounting in Organization.

Qualification:

Minimum GCE ‘O’ level and above

Experience:

1 year relevant experience

Skills:

Numeracy skills

Self-motivation

Integrity

communication and

Interpersonal skills
